Business Rights When Buying Online

When buying goods online, a business enters into a contract with the seller.  A business buyer is not protected by consumer rights legislation, so for example there is no right to cancel during a cooling-off period.  However, the seller must fulfil its side of the bargain, i.e. supply of the goods as agreed for the price agreed, including the delivery charges.
