Dear Sir/Madam

I have consulted the website www.deliverylaw.uk which is supported by the UK consumer law authorities.  From that the guidance on that website, I understand that I have a binding contract for the supply of the goods stated above for the total price stated above.  I am not prepared to renegotiate the contract nor pay any higher amounts.  I therefore seek performance of the contract by you under the original terms, i.e. delivery of the (goods bought) to my address for a total price of (total price).

I seek confirmation from you that you will honour the contract and will promptly refund any extra monies that you may have taken from my account.

Please respond within 14 days of receiving this letter.

On 2 August 2021 I bought 10 Canon colour printer cartridges plus 10 boxes of grade 1 A4 office paper from your website www.acme2000.co.uk.  The price of the 10 Canon colour printer cartridges plus 10 boxes of grade 1 A4 office paper was £295 and the delivery charge was £15, giving a total price of £310.
I then received a further email seeking an additional £50 for delivery due to where I run my business.
I have consulted the website www.deliverylaw.uk which is supported by the UK consumer law authorities.  Following the guidance on that website, I understand that I have a binding contract for the supply of the goods stated above for the total price stated above.  I am not prepared to renegotiate the contract nor pay any higher amounts.  I therefore seek performance of the contract by you under the original terms, i.e. delivery of the 10 Canon colour printer cartridges plus 10 boxes of grade 1 A4 office paper to my address for a total price of £310.
